For the APAC market, La Mer set out to launch two complementary products—The Resurfacing Treatment and The Micro Peel—each designed for different skin types. The challenge was to clearly differentiate their benefits while introducing both within a single experience.
Leveraging WeChat’s mini program capabilities, we created an interactive, choose-your-own-path journey that guided users to the product best suited to their needs—turning education into an engaging, personalized experience.
