This project builds on the momentum of a successful previous campaign to drive greater adoption of digital ordering—specifically the Scan & Pay feature—through an engaging, prize-led contest experience. Designed to support ambitious growth targets, the campaign highlights the speed, ease, and convenience of Scan & Pay, positioning it as a seamless way for guests to earn, redeem, and pay in a single step.

A full-funnel approach brought the idea to life across multiple touch points. This included pre-campaign messaging to drive feature adoption ahead of launch, in-restaurant and drive-thru communications, and broader media support to build awareness and excitement.
